Brendon is a MBA-qualified, accomplished and professional commercial executive who is action-oriented and results-driven. Over a twenty year career, he has added significant value to major mining, construction and mining services organisations in procurement, contract management and commercial areas and uses both owner and contractor experience to provide a unique and valuable perspective.
Brendon sees significant value in effective leadership and believes that a team can deliver more than the sum of its parts. He has a proven track record in motivating and empowering teams to seek innovative solutions to mitigate commercial risks associated with planning and constructing major projects. Samantha Court - Contracts Manager
Samantha is a professional, hardworking senior contracts expert with 15 years’ experience in the delivery of construction megaprojects. She has a versatile skillset with complementary experience in procurement and finance. She is a team player and understands the criticality of an effective working relationships to ensure the best project outcome. She has worked on construction projects in sectors such as rail, civil, building and tunnelling, with each of these sectors exposing her to an array of different challenges including different methodologies, tight deadlines, and high standards of public and workers' safety.

Lucy is a senior procurement manager with twenty-five years of experience in delivering large complex construction projects in the infrastructure (rail, civil, pipeline) and resource (oil & gas, mining, metals) sectors. Lucy has been working on public sector rail infrastructure mega projects, assisting with commercial start-up including set up of processes, procedures and templates. She has been responsible for submissions for decision, sourcing, formation and management of the first major programme design and support services contracts.
Prior to this, she worked internationally for ten years as a Project Procurement Manager for a global construction company managing teams of procurement, quality assurance, logistics and contract management personnel. She has held global purchasing leadership roles for construction companies, responsible for setting policy, culture, procedures, training and recruitment activities for over 80 procurement professionals.

Andrea Johnson - Senior Cost Controller
Andrea is a hands on, results-driven senior cost controller with twenty two years’ experience working in both owner/operator and EPCM environments (greenfield & brownfield) in the oil and gas and mining sectors, including a ten-month site-based role in Mauritania, West Africa. She has eighteen years’ experience working in senior cost controller/engineer roles on Perth’s major oil and gas construction projects and more recently, four years’ experience in senior operations (maintenance and shutdown) cost roles. Prior to joining the resources sector, she gained eight years’ experience in project, senior and assistant accounting roles in London, Ireland and Perth.
Stacey Gallagher - Senior Procurement and Contracts Officer Stacey is an experienced Procurement, Sourcing and Contracts Administrator in the mining industry with experience across Coal, Uranium, Copper and Zinc portfolios. Experienced in taking end to end responsibility in procurement, strategic sourcing and category management including supplier and market research, supplier sourcing, tender management, contract negotiations, contract executions, contract administration and supplier relationship management. She has major projects experience (>$250 Million), mining operations support roles and category management in both construction and haulage & logistics.
Lyndon White - Senior Contracts Manager
Lyndon is a seasoned contracts and procurement expert with more than thirty-five years’ experience in providing topical advice and assistance to public and privately owned and operated entities and their financiers in relation to the appropriate engagement and delivery mechanisms for the successful planning, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure for public, private and mining assets.
He has project and organisational experience in Australia, Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, South East Asia and USA including work in Tanzania, South Africa, Argentina, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Alaska, Papua New Guinea and Thailand using Australian Standard, GC 21, NPWC 3, FIDIC and bespoke relationship and hard dollar contracting mechanisms for FEED, EPC, EPCM and other delivery models.

Luis Perez - Procurement and Contracts Lead Luis is an experienced supply chain and category manager with more than 26 years’ experience in mining procurement functions in mining operations in Australia, USA, South America, Indonesia and Singapore. He has owner, contract miner and OEM experience which provides a unique perspective. Luis has worked at open cut and underground mines and has smelter and concentrator experience.
Laura McKenzie - Procurement and Contracts Lead
Laura is an experienced procurement professional with 20 years’ experience in a broad range of major construction projects and environmental roles. She has broad experience in construction site-based roles in mining, oil and gas and, combined with an environmental science and commerce degree, which ensures that she has the aptitude and proven track record to lead and influence positive business outcomes. Laura has proven ability to reduce project and operational spend through direct negotiation with tenderers, enforcing contract clauses and driving the introduction of competition to further increase savings. Tricia Eastland - Senior Commercial Manager
Tricia is a resourceful leader in commercial and contracts management with more than 35 years’ experience on a national and international level in renewable energy (utility-scale solar farms), multi-million dollar infrastructure projects including rail, coal terminal, wharf and jetty projects, oil & gas operations, minerals processing operations (raw materials and energy for heavy industrial manufacturing), defense industry, and paralegal experience in accounting malpractice, multiple toxic tort litigation cases, and general commercial and personal litigation cases.

Venkatesh is a seasoned schedule and cost-focussed engineer with more than 30 years’ of experience in mining, oil and gas, refinery, petrochemicals and infrastructure sectors. He is detail-oriented and well versed in design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance phases in Australia, Asia, Europe and Middle Eastern regions. He places emphasis on building strong relationships with team members, sub-contractors and stakeholder’s representatives to optimise his contribution to the wider team effort in the delivery of megaprojects, with strong focus on controlling schedule and budget.

Bon is a procurement and contracts leader with almost 15 years’ of experience in major project commercial roles. He specialises in providing end-to-end sourcing support for the resources sector both in mining and oil and gas industries and holds postgraduate qualifications in Project Management and Architectural Studies. He has worked within various industries and sectors during his career, ranging from building construction, civil construction, water utilities, oil & gas and mining. Bon constantly strives to seek new experiences, challenges and opportunities to grow and develop himself.

James commenced his commercial career after ten years working within the construction industry as a construction manager. Having now been a senior manager over the last fourteen years in the areas of procurement, contracts and commercial, he has also held senior roles within both the construction and mining industries. James has completed a five year B.Sc degree in Construction Management as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. He has worked on multi-billion dollar projects throughout Australia as well as Mongolia and Papua New Guinea.
